John was so awesome! Diagnosed the issue with the SubZero freezer (not an easy appliance to take part, but he did a great job) got the correct part and installed it. He even made sure the freezer parts were clean before putting it back together!

After two service calls with no clear diagnosis or resolution, John conducted a detailed assessment, located the problem, called the company, and facilitated my getting a sizable rebate on an out of warranty appliance. He goes above and beyond for his customers. And, this company’s service calls are very reasonably priced. Look no further; this is the kind of service that stands out from the rest.

I’m sure this service is fine if they show up. Was given a window between 10a - 12p which is excellent. Called at 1:30 and was told the technician was in an accident. If it’s true i genuinely hope everyone involved is ok. I should have gotten a call. Wasted half a day waiting for a repair that never happened.

I was extremely satisfied with my recent service with CT Appliance. My newer G washer stopped working with an error code. Since they were fairly local, they’re able to come out the same day and quickly diagnose the problem. Are you have your replacement parts in a couple days and we were good to go!
