On Angi it holds 4.8 stars from 18 ratings. A 2009 customer said Tom and Ralph got into the crawl spaces of the house to insulate, and that the breeze that used to come down the stairs was gone. A 2009 customer said the blown-in insulation was up to snuff and the house seemed to be 30% warmer. A 2008 customer said Thomas looked at the job and gave a quote in less than 30 minutes. Tom was quick to respond, very polite, business-like and efficient. He explained what was to be done and what he might encounter, asked me what parts of the attic I'd need to access and took that into consideration when planning the installation. He and his assistant were considerate to the household activities, and the house was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived ! I feel I got an excellent price and a job well done. Five star, sincere thanks !
From quote to completion CT Insulation exceeded all my expectation. At no point in the process did I feel like I had made a wrong choice in contractors. These guys were clean, polite and very thorough. I have no doubt that my family and I got more value with CT Insulation than we would have with any of the others. Rooms in my house that other contractors said would probably always feel colder than the rest of the house feel very comfortable. As a result my in-laws now like staying with us...I wish these guys did additions too. Thanks for a job (too) well done.
The men were efficient and showed up ready to do business. The quality of the blown in insullation was up to snuff. I didn't look to shave the price down after the estimate was given since I had an general idea of what it should have been. Overall, I was satisfied with the work and the house seems to be 30% warmer. Tom is a hard working man and I would recommend this company to other home owners. There are so many contracors out there who promise the workd and hardly ever stand behind what they commit themselves to. This company is much better.
I have always done all my own home improvement work so it was difficult for me to hire an outside person to do the work. Sky Property Services sent a guy without a tape measure and couldn't explain how the job will be completed. So, initially the prospects in my area were questionable until I found Tom from CT Insulation Installs. I was crunched for time and Tom was extremely accomodating, got the job done very efficiently, and with precision. When the job was completed you wouldn't have known they were even here. I am extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism of CT Insulation Installs!Show
