I cannot recommend Pioneer Environmental enough !! When I had an unexpected order in my house. The owner Sean Mullenix actually came out himself to investigate. Sean was extremely professional, respectful of our space and took the time to carefully track down the source of the smell. Sean installed new flooring in our hallway and laundry room , along with fixing drywall in the laundry room from our upstairs neighbor flooding us. He did the work quickly and it looks great. Also a great guy to talk to with him being here over the week.
Pioneer is a Great company, locally owned and owner operated, which is a very important factor. They did a great job at a very fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend them. I hired Sean and his team to remove soiled insulation in my basement, remove other debris, and clean and sanitize the entire area from a rodent problem. They arrived as promised, on time-no delays. They completely sealed off the work area to prevent contaminating the living area and worked for 3 days systematically completing the job. Sean and crew did an amazing job restoring the basement to a clean and sanitized condition. I couldn’t be more impressed with the work. I highly recommend Pioneer Environmental for Remediation Work!
