The visits are hands-on. A June 2026 reviewer said the crew installed a low water shower head, insulated the hot water tank pipes and fixed a leak in the seal around an exterior door. In an August 2026 review, Herb and Eijan fixed the customer's doors during the visit. A February 2026 reviewer who had twice filled out the state's online form without a response found the company and was set up with an appointment right away. In a December 2024 review, the crew insulated an attic, sealed the doors, replaced oil heating with central air and replaced the windows in July heat. A local news report on yaledailynews.com describes a New Haven collaboration with the company allotting $1.5 million to energy-efficient home installations. Its Connecticut HIC license, HIC.0670842, is active on the state registry. Its BBB grade is A+. In a March 2026 Google review, a customer said that after equipment was installed they were left with the mess, the equipment was faulty, and the company did not follow up.

He showed me things in my home that I didn’t even know and I am so thankful and grateful for that, I know the affordability is an issue for me and he went through and tell all about what to expect and what I can do.
