A 2024 customer whose bathroom was done in 2021 said a plumber later told them none of the shower fixtures were sealed, and that a tub leak left a hole in the kitchen ceiling.
We chose Custom Bath of Nashua to update our main bathroom tub and shower. The process was seamless from picking the product, answering our questions, to the installation. Thiago and Kener were prompt for the two-day installation project and were friendly and neat. We are extremely happy with the finished product!
Custom Bath has just finished their work remodeling my bathroom, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My old bathroom was completely gutted and replaced with a new shower, vanity, toilet, lighting and mirror. The team consisted of two installers: Rener and Jhony, two painters: Silvani and Romenic, and a supervisor: Wanderson. Every member of the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. The installers were true craftsmen, who took great pride in their work. The painters did an outstanding job as well, paying close attention to detail and leaving a flawless finish. Every aspect of the project was completed with precision, care, and a commitment to quality. What was also most impressive was the team's work ethic. They were punctual every day, communicated clearly throughout the project, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done right. It was obvious that they cared about the final result as much as I did.The entire crew worked seamlessly and treated my home with respect throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom. Thank you to everyone on the team.
We worked with Ruy and his crew to do a full remodel of our master bathroom. Their pricing was fair, their timeline was reasonable, and their quality of work was excellent! Great communication throughout the entire process and always cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!
We had 2 vanities and cabinets replaced in two bathrooms. We choose the cabinets and vanities at the show room in Nashua. Installation took about a day and a half. The workers were very professional and respectful. If you want a great job with quality materials at a VERY fair price, you can't miss with Custom Bath of Nashua.
We recently had Custom Bath of Nashua remodel our main full bathroom. It was as good an experience as a remodeling project can be. From start to finish everyone we spoke /met with was helpful and friendly. We are very happy with the finished project and would recommend Custom Bath of Nashua.
