MASI Plumbing, Heating & AC

MASI Plumbing, Heating & AC is a Nashua plumbing, heating and cooling contractor that says it has served Southern New Hampshire since 1964 and describes itself as family owned. Its New Hampshire plumber and HVAC licences, number MBE0000576 with Masi Plumbing & Heating as holder of record, are active on the state registry. A recent Google customer described an indirect water and boiler replacement: hot water by the end of day 1, heating finished on day 2, everything left clean, and a price they felt was reasonable for the work done. A recent commenter on r/newhampshire said MASI built them a new bathroom from scratch. In a March 2026 r/newhampshire thread, another commenter said they had just paid for a 50 gallon job from MASI and wrote that "they were great." A 2025 customer replacing a 40-year-old natural gas boiler said Keith came out to assess the heating and hot-water needs, took care of the town permit and the rebate paperwork, and that the Bosch combi boiler installation took 2 days. A 2025 customer whose mother's 3-year-old AC had no cold air said the company brought 2 window units at no cost, found a refrigerant line punctured by a roofer's nail, and helped with the photos and documentation; in the end the roofer paid for the entire AC repair. A 2024 customer whose AC condenser died said MASI replaced it with a new Goodman 2.5 ton unit for $3,200, though that customer objected to an extra $500 to $700 "emergency" charge to do it the same day. A 2024 customer said they paid $309 for two plumbers to replace a valve on a water softener that a second company found was broken, and that water test results took nearly four months. A 2022 customer said additional fees were never explained up front. A 2021 customer said a worker walked into the house without permission.
