The site dates the business to 1985, and BBB puts it at 41 years with an A+ grade, though the company is not BBB accredited. On Google it holds a 5-star average across 40 ratings. The jobs customers describe run from one-visit fixes to real service work. In August 2024, a customer wrote about Walter, Patrick and Chris coordinating with Eversource to add a new breaker box and 50 amps. A February 2024 review covers swapping 1980s two-wire thermostat lines for five-wire runs so the thermostats could use a C-wire. In January 2026, a homeowner with switchless fans, dead outlets and a garage down to one outlet had Walter and his apprentice work through all of it. An October 2023 review traces lights going on and off to a bad breaker by the meter, replaced that same afternoon. Speed comes up too — a July 2025 caller rang on a weekend, got a call back first thing Monday and an appointment for the next day. Ask which licence will be pulled for your job, and look the number up on the state register yourself before work starts.
