Cut line painting

It was so easy to communicate with Desirea and schedule a time for Blake to come out and provide a quote for whole house paint, drywall repair and finish along with wood treatment in our camp in St Albans. We are seasonally here and Blake did an amazing job of communicating and sending photos and providing honest communication throughout the entire process. The final product turned out amazing and we would recommend them to our friends and family. Fair and reasonable pricing with good explanation

I had to have my entire house repainted for an FHA Approved Loan. My entire home, had old chipped, and cracked paint. And the appraisal process was a nightmare, we even tried painting ourselves and just kept getting denied for our own DIY shotty work. So I found Cutline Painting and gave a call. Desiree had created a low cost estimate, and they came out to do the work. All was completed beautifully, and even the appraiser came back out for final inspection -- deemed it approved. So not only did I -finally- get my home loan, the house got an entire facelift and I've never seen it so beautiful. -- and she stayed right within the estimate!

Not a good experience. After checking possibilities, I elected to use Cut Line Painting. On 6/11, Desiree came to give me a price for my relatively small job. She seemed to know her stuff and the pricing was good. She said she would get back to me with scheduling. It went downhill from there. After checking with her two weeks later, she assured me that it would done the following week or definitely the week after. When that went by without contact, I attempted to call her. She never answered any calls or responded to three voicemail messages left during that week. That’s not how a reputable business acts so don’t waste your time if you want someone with integrity and follow through!
