Inconsistent pickups. I closed my account with them. I'll be taking my trash to the local transfer station myself, so I don't have to worry about rising prices or whether my Trash is going to be picked up on time or not.
Been a customer since they took over the other place. Warning to you that use them. Their garbage!!!!. Perfect occupation for them. I was recently late on my bill (my fault) and they suspended my service. The bill was misplaced and I had sent it in the day or two when I found it. Stuff happens. No call, No follow email, etc to tell me this. They have all this information. Found out when I called and the Associate told me. Most poorest communication I have ever dealt with. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted. I always pay more than the quarterly due to liking even numbers. They missed my house twice over the years and I did not even call and make a fuss. Did I ask for a refund? No!!! Screw them. Warning to all. Left a message for Chucky boy there with no call back. Must not know how to use it. Pure garbage.
I spoke with Aliana this morning, needing to open a second trash service at our home, for an in-law apartment. Being a little out-of-the ordinary, Aliana carefully listened and answered all my questions. She was helpful, kind, and professional. It was an approx a five-minute phone call, and we are all set. Excellent company. Friendly, helpful customer service.
Amazing company! Nelson did a great job delivering our dumpster! Cathy was such a huge help and the staff people who I spoke with. I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism.
