D&E Exterior Home Care LLC cleans windows, gutters and house exteriors, with customers describing work on older storm windows as well as hard-to-reach glass. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 137 ratings. Recent June and July 2026 reviewers praise the crew for cleaning difficult windows, sills and gutters; one homeowner with an older house says they worked around misfitting panes and cleaned the tracks too. Its customer history runs from 2024 through 2026. In September 2025, a homeowner described years of grime on older storm windows and said the crew spent longer than expected getting every pane clean. Another September 2025 customer praised the scheduling, price and finished skylights. A repeat customer writing in April 2025 said D&E had cleaned their windows for a second year and also washed patio stone and concrete around the pool. The work extends to roof cleaning and holiday lighting. A July 2025 homeowner reported that moss disappeared from the roof a few weeks after cleaning, as the crew had promised. In November 2024, a customer described a holiday-light installation completed within their budget and timeline. Two 2025 complaints deserve a plain account. In July, a customer said the equipment failed to reach upper roof and siding areas, leaving dirt behind, and that spilled bleach required cleanup in the parking area. In June, a window-cleaning customer reported unwiped tracks, a misaligned window, an unreplaced screen and water left on a sofa cover. That customer said an agreed half refund never arrived.
Jonathan and Kayden are courteous, professional and hardworking individuals. They cleaned the exterior windows, as well as gutters. There were a couple of windows I told them not to bother with because of their location. They insisted on cleaning every window - and this was on the hottest day of the year!! Highly recommended!
These guys are professional and quick and reasonably priced. Nice window washing service
John and Kyden did an outstanding job cleaning our windows! They were efficient, professional, polite, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. Not only did they thoroughly clean all of the exterior windows, but they also took the time to clean the window sills as well. What impressed me most was that they cleaned the inside of the large window in our foyer, which can be difficult to reach. The difference was amazing, it looks absolutely crystal clear now! Their attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them and would gladly use their services again in the future.
I am so pleased with the interior and exterior window washing that they did for us. With an old home, we had some structural challenges with storm windows and misfitting panes, but they found a way to clean all of them, including tracks, sills, etc. They were pleasant, communicated clearly and consistently, performed a high quality job, and had reasonable pricing. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them if you want a job well done the first time.
I had the worst situation going on with my windows. I made a call to D&E In these two gentlemen came to my house and turned the worst situation into the best outcome I could’ve wished for. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough.🌟
