In 2024, a customer wrote that Frank DeCaro and his crew of 3 make up the company, that he walks the property on estimate day to agree on unit placement, and that the crew cleaned up each install area and finished in one day. That customer said the customer is responsible for hiring the electrician, and that the electrical hookup is a separate cost. A 2024 customer said the company cut out a shrub to place the condenser and coordinated with the electrician they had chosen. A 2025 customer whose heat pump failed on Christmas Day said Frank came out the next day, diagnosed a failed outdoor condenser and compressor unit, ordered a new one and installed it the following day. A 2025 customer said six heads were done in a day. A 2023 customer said Frank returned a call and sent a crew out the same day.
