A recent Google customer says the whole project ran smoothly from start to finish and that the company fixed and sealed parts of the patio that were not in the contract; that customer also had a Paver Grass driveway put in. In a 2025 review, a customer described a total landscape, hardscape and irrigation renovation: Tyler listened and designed the plan, it came in within budget, and Tyler came back the following year to replace dead shrubs and touch up the hardscape. A 2025 customer said the patio came out just as it looked in the rendering. A 2024 customer said that several years after the company built a stone wall, the top cracked open after a winter, and the company showed up promptly to evaluate it, repaired the damage, and sent no charges. A 2025 customer said the crew blew rocks while clearing leaves near their car and truck, chipping the paint, and refused to do anything about it. A 2024 customer said they left a message three times in three months and the landscape department never reached out. A 2023 customer at a large condo complex said the snow removal was good but the weekly mowing and clean-up left a lot behind on the ground, and that when the crew missed their area, the workers looked at them, laughed and left. Couldn’t be happier with our experience with D.W. Burr. The crew was great, the work was meticulous, and the whole project ran smoothly from start to finish. They even fixed and sealed parts of our patio that weren’t in the contract — just because it needed doing. That kind of pride in their work is rare. Highly recommend. The included picture of the Paver Grass driveway was taken 10 days following seeding.

Their crew was blowing leaves and debris near my car and truck. Ended up blowing. Rocks and chipping paint. And I watch them do it. And they're refusing. To do anything about it. I know it was an accident, but I should not be responsible to fix my vehicles.
Great job, great people! Had a total landscape, hardscape and irrigation renovation. Met with Tyler and his team. Described what I envisioned. Unlike some other companies who just wanted a budget and created a basic landscape, Tyler listened to us and designed a great plan. It came out beautifully, and within budget! Tyler came back the following year to replace any dead shrubs and even touched up the hardscape Truly a great company to work with
