The before and after pictures should be statement enough, but just in case they are not, allow me to jot down a few of the salient points you’ll like be interested in. TLDR - Just hire this company. You won’t regret it. 1. Pricing - Everyone is worried about the bottom line. We all can acknowledge that. I had 5 companies come out for estimates, and while all of the estimates were all over the place, Rocky Brook was the most reasonable for the services offered. 2. Availability - Most of the places were quoting me timelines of 3-5 months into the future. Rocky Brook was able to schedule me a slot just a little over a month away. And, AND, they even reached out and offered an earlier slot when one became available. 3. Time for completion - The scope of work was for forestry mulching for a little over a third of my property, leveling out a hill for a play set, and transporting the excess spoils to a fire pit area to level it out and prep it for pea gravel. They were able to get it done in a day. Other companies were estimating two days of work for the forestry mulching alone. 4. Communication - Responses were always quick, friendly, and more than happy to accommodate my requests and changes in scope of work. At no point was I left wondering if I was getting ghosted, nor was I unclear on what their intentions were at any time. 5. Quality of work - EVERYTHING was better than I expected. Everything. The mulching, the digging, the leveling. The site was some how cleaner than when the job started. Not sure how you do that with mulching, but they did. All around this was a super positive experience and if I need work done in the futures they will be my very first call. No question about it! If you’re on the fence about who to hire, get off that fence and get onboard with Rocky Brook Landscaping & Excavation.

Came in for land clearing did exactly what I asked for and then some! I had trees of all sizes and roots pulled out back yard ended up being bigger than I thought it was going to be Friendly, professional with a price that cant be matched I will continue to use them from here on out with anything landscaping wise 10/10

I recently hired Rocky Brook Landscaping and Excavation to aid in the transformation of our front yard that included minor excavation and grading, landscape design with plant consultation, and the procurement, delivery, and installation of compost/soil. Kevin, our primary contact and project lead, took the time to ask thoughtful questions up front so he truly understood our needs, then even reconfirmed the plan on the work day in case we’d made any changes. The crew completed everything in just one day, keeping us informed of the schedule, equipment impact, and protective measures for the yard. Their expert workmanship and attentive communication made it clear we were getting true value for money. I’m beyond pleased with the results and look forward to working with Rocky Brook again on future projects.

Kevin and his crew were very courteous and punctual. We were provided with a complete written estimate prior to the job being done. The day of the work, the crew spent the entire day working and were able to complete the job in one day. Along with clean up and seeding for new grass to grow. Kevin even came out the next day to assure that we were happy with the work that was done as well as give us some pointers on how to care for the freshly seeded yard.

Kevin and his team were absolutely wonderful! Kevin took our ideas and used his creativity to design a beautiful, functional space. There is such a nice mix of textures, materials and plants. We’ve gotten so many compliments! Highly recommend.
