Its Google rating is 4.6 from 697 ratings, HomeAdvisor shows 4.5 from 371 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ and lists it as accredited. A run of August and September 2026 Google reviews describe the in-home visit rather than finished work: customers name the representative — Tristan, Paul, Chad, Gabriel, Bree — and describe a roof inspection or a siding or window presentation. The jobs customers do describe are positive. In a September 2025 review, a customer had old cedar clapboard replaced with fiber cement clapboard, plus fascia, trim and rotten plywood, and said the work around the deck and windows looked perfect. A May 2025 reviewer praised a roofing job by Segundo and Eli Delgado completed on schedule with a clean worksite. The complaints center on sales pressure and follow-through. Five reviewers describe a pushy or high-pressure sale. In September 2026, one said the representative demanded a yes or no answer, would not leave when asked, and sat in the driveway afterward. A May 2022 customer said a salesperson spent three hours on a $75,000 quote for 33 windows and drove back to request $650 that day, and a June 2023 reviewer said a roofing quote fell from 20k to 18k to 16k, with more discounts offered for a positive online review. An August 2026 customer said the siding install had multiple issues, the gutters were not fully installed, and the installer refused to leave until the completion paperwork was signed; a crew later fixed the siding, but the gutters were still poorly installed.
