Good company, yes more than likely. Yes, the neighbors yard looks good. This isn't about the yard. Damon the owner, took my "brought to your attention/complaint" and dismissed it but was kind enough to not be rude or mean about it. Very much appreciated. The employee of course got to the boss first with his phone call. However, when I first went to the employee that was at the job site (house across from mine) he came off rude from the jump. I was unable to get his name. He drove a newer red truck with a white closed trailer. The gentleman was on the sturdy side. Khaki floppy hat. I asked what I needed for it to be followed up with even more attitude. So now we both are agitated and less friendly. No one ever raised a voice or said mean things thankfully. Quickest 3 minutes. A woman was walking up the street as I had started walking home, which he then felt the need to share his opinions of what I was to him after I said that she didn't belong in our conversation. Good job on grass: Yes Good Owner: Yes Employee (only this guy) with lack of customer service skills: Yes There is my side, his side and in the middle is the truth.
