DARAY HOME CLEANING

Grace and Dariana’s home cleaning drew praise for thorough work and respect for the house in a June 2026 Google review. The same customer said Carlos communicated throughout the process, from the quote until the service was complete, and planned to book again. Daray Home Cleaning is based in Belchertown; its website says it serves Amherst, Chicopee, South Hadley, Palmer, Granby and Belchertown and offers free estimates. Customers describe both recurring cleaning and larger one-time jobs. In a March 2026 HomeAdvisor review, a customer said Carlos and his crew had been cleaning weekly for several months and that they were consistently happy with the results. A January 2026 Thumbtack reviewer described a house left in disarray by tenants: Carlos and his team cleaned surfaces throughout the home, accommodated requests, checked in with questions or concerns, and cleaned and organized items the tenants had left behind. Another customer, writing on Thumbtack in November 2025, said Carlos came to provide a quote the same day they reached out for a last-minute deep clean. The team fit the cleaning into its schedule during the holidays, and the customer said the house looked completely different afterward. A February 2025 reviewer described two women spending 7.5 hours cleaning an apartment after the customer had been in the hospital, while accommodating a toddler who was moving around during the work. These are dated customer experiences, rather than a promise of the same timing for every visit. Recent comments also address price and communication. A July 2026 Google customer called the price fair and praised the two women who cleaned. In May 2026, a HomeAdvisor customer said a language barrier with the cleaners was managed using cell phones and a translator website and that they intended to use the service again. One December 2025 Thumbtack customer rated the work three stars, saying the bathroom received attention to detail but other assignments in a room were missed.
