Dave’s Floor Sanding helped us transform our truly terrible old flooring to stunning new oak flooring! This family business is so well run. They are professional, punctual, communicative, transparent, hardworking, and most of all so kind! 100000% recommend Dave’s Floor Sanding!
Beware! These guys did absolutely no prep work! I hung plastic, taped up cords to do the best I could so the mess was contained...to help keep things up and out of their way. They ended up cutting my coax cable as well as my Rinnai heater cord. When I tried contacting the owner several times I received no response back. After sanding was complete, the clean up prior to application was poor. All the plastic covered in dust was left in place and vacuuming didn't get in the cracks or along the edges leaving behind debris which is sealed in the top coats applied. Read the reviews posted about this company (here, Angi's List, etc) don't be the next disappointed customer.
