Innova Flooring & Tile

Outstanding service! Very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend!

Must read two part reviews. 1st review I was very fortunate to have met Pablo Barbosa from Innova Flooring & Tile on installments on my new floor renovations. From the start when I met him for the first time, Pablo was friendly, very meticulous, and attentive to details. He proposed options and recommendations for my requirements without being aggressive. Pablo provided me with a very detailed scope of work. Because of this, it only took 2 days too lay my new floors. From removing old floors, new molding, painting, etc. he helped with all the furniture both out of the rooms and placing them back. 2nd review, Reached out to Innova Flooring (Pablo) to get help with recommendations on a major project removing a old shed. The project entailed demolition, full service junk removal, sub-base and installation for new shed. Was pleased to learn that he could handled the whole project from beginning to the end. During the construction, I got to know all the general contractors workers involved and really enjoyed having them around. (And even know all their personalities and preferred playlists!) They were respectful and diligent. Most importantly, they’re very experienced and were able to give good suggestions and to make decisions. the job was definitely messy and frustrating at times, but the crew made it easier for us. He was always quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls regardless of the time of day. Working with Pablo was hands-down the best contractor I I have the pleasure of meeting. He has incredible communication skills and kept me informed, always quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls regardless of the time of day. Working with Pablo was hands-down the best contractor I made. He has incredible communication skills and kept me informed during the entire projects. I wanted to acknowledge the satisfaction on both projects. I must give a 100% satisfied mark as you not only finished the job early and under budget, but with great sub-contractors and excellent workmanship. The job was done very efficiently and timely. I would recommend Innova to anyone and will welcome additional personal references.

Pablo and Tony worked into the evening to make sure they finished the job. Pablo did excellent work and oversaw the project. Innova’s bid was well below a local competitor and they even offered to return the unused metal schluter edging to Lowes in Auburn for me to get credit. The backsplash looks great and i couldn’t be happier. Excellent work! Rob Manzo Hartland, Maine
