Dave's Window and Gutter Cleaning is a Wakefield residential window- and gutter-cleaning outfit that says on its site it has served North Shore and Middlesex towns — Burlington, Lexington, Lynnfield, Melrose, Reading, Saugus, Stoneham, and more — for 30 years. Its written record is short: six reviews from 2021 to 2026. On the positive side, a February 2026 review says the company has cleaned windows at their home and office for 15 years; a 2023 review describes a same-day estimate-to-cleaning turnaround in about 30 minutes and calls the service responsive and consistent. Two reviews raise real concerns. A 2022 review says a sunroom's windows were left uncleaned, and after the customer emailed photos when asked, communication stopped. A 2024 review criticizes attention to detail and separately raises a concern about the crew's driving. With only six reviews on file, there isn't much here to generalize from either way — worth asking a recent customer or two before booking a first cleaning.
“Dave's Window and Gutter out of Wakefield”
Dave's has been cleaning are windows at both our home and our office building for past 15 years. We highly recommend them and I think you'll be satisfied with their work. SL
If their driving skills are anything like their window and gutter cleaning, I'd avoid them. A lack of attention to detail isn't great.
These guys are fantastic. No better service around. Responsive and consistent.
Came and gave an estimate, we called this morning they said they put us on their schedule, and then came same day! Took about 30 minutes. Very fast!
Whole house window cleaning, and gutter cleaning, sent an email stating my wife was not satisfied with the sunroom windows where not cleaned, he asked to send pictures which I did and never heard anymore communication!
