David E Bernstein is based in Harwich, MA. His BuildZoom profile says he serves Cape Cod from East Harwich and has over three decades of experience in residential construction and renovation. BuildZoom shows 15 projects under his name. In a 2017 Google review, a customer wrote that D E Bernstein Custom Builders replaced a gutter system on their residence, and that the new gutters leaked in several locations after the first rain storm and continued to leak. That 2017 review said numerous notifications to David Bernstein had been ignored and that the customer was forced to have the gutter system removed and replaced.
D E Bernstein Custom Builders replaced a gutter system on my residence. The "NEW" gutter system, although astheticly pleasing to the eye, leaked in several locations after the first rain storm & continues (like Niagara Falls) to leak profusely. Numerous notifications to David Bernstein, of D E Bernstein Custom Builders have been ignored. Now, I'm forced to have D E Bernstein's CO$TLY, IMPROPERLY SEEMED & INSTALLED gutter system removed & replaced. ~ ~ ☆ I am a Senior Citizen & Disabled Vietnam Veteran that was definately taken advantage of by this, so called, "Custom Builder" ☆
