I am very impressed with Davie Mac Tile and would hire them again. After trying to contact 7-8 different tiling companies for a small repair job, Davie Mac was the only company who responded to my request. I worked with “Mari” and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and didn’t tell me to just replace the tiles! Mari and another employee came out today to address tile damage I had in a tiled shower that deteriorated the surface of some tiles. They were on-time, professional, and did a great job cleaning, sealing, and re-caulking the whole shower and were very reasonably priced. I was very pleased and would hire them again.

Davie Mac did a great job with our bathroom; it was a gut remodel (down to the studs) and removal of a bathtub, followed by build-back with Schluter tile board and Schluter Ditra decoupling mat on the floor. Davie and Mari did a great job keeping in touch and updated on progress, and decisions we needed to make. They also did a great job coordinating with the plumber and the glass subcontractor, which was one of the worries I had with other installers who were only going to do tile work. So the plumber was scheduled to redo lines at the correct time, keeping the project on track. Also, you learn the most when things go wrong: our downstairs neighbor reported that some grout or thinset had splashed onto her porch from the work above. Davie Mac came back to clean this up, after we had completed our final payment. The photos show the completed job, the 'before' conditions, and the job in progress, after substrate preparation, but before tile installation.
