In September 2026, Jamie & Dustin wrote that DC Property Maintenance took their new Essex yard from overgrown and an eyesore to something the neighbors stop to look at: weekly mows with stripes, weed whacking and edging, mulch in the new gardens, and help pulling out stumps, small trees and bushes. They name Les as manager and Dave as owner, and wrote that both have been just a text away. The Essex Junction company says it has been in business 12 years and lists a service area across Essex, Burlington, South Burlington, Williston, Colchester and nearby towns, with work running from landscaping to building and repair. In a November 2025 review, a customer wrote that they have worked with Dave and his crew for about 10 years. A November 2024 reviewer used the company for fall cleanup and said it does a good job scheduling the right time to come. In July 2026 a customer said the workers were polite, courteous and got right to work, and that their daughter also used DC Property. The company does more than yards: in March 2026 a reviewer described Dustin and DC removing old cabinetry and installing new during a kitchen renovation, bringing in their plumbing servicer and coordinating appliance and countertop deliveries, and a December 2025 reviewer who already had DC for summer landscaping signed up for its cleaning service. In August 2026 a resident of an apartment complex DC maintains complained that its crews run gas-powered leaf blowers in Burlington between Memorial Day and Labor Day, calling it loud and disruptive. In a December 2021 review, a customer wrote that the workers had a horrible attitude and that, after the household spoke up, the company sent workers who tried to jump the reviewer's husband on their front porch. An exceptionable team, and company! We use DC property maintenance for all of our yard care, and we could not be happier! We moved into our new home in Essex, where the yard needed some extra love. From our first phone call, to weekly jobs, to our growing friendship with this team, they do not disappoint! This team brought our property from overgrown, and an eyesore, into something beautiful, where our neighbors all stop to see the newest change. Les (manager), and Dave (owner), have been just a text away, and have always made sure we are happy with every service that they provide! They have brought our lawn back to life, and we love seeing those pretty stripes with our weekly mows, weed whacking and edging! Thank you for mulching all the new gardens, and of course for showing up with many tricks when I got carried away with cutting tree limbs 😂. You helped me pull out unwanted stumps, small trees and bushes fast and easily, all while getting some laughs in as well! Our kids, always get excited when they see your trucks pull up! They also enjoy picking out snacks, drinks or even ice cream treats for your crew! DC property maintenance, has become more then just our property crew…… they have become friends! You do the maintenance at the apartment complex i live. Maybe you're unaware, but you cannot operate gas powered leaf blowers in Burlington from memorial day to labor day. It's incredibly loud and disruptive and doesn't really do much for the property anyway.
DC Property came to do some work around my house. I cannot tell you how fabulous it was. The workers were polite courteous got right to work and did such a professional job. My daughter also used DC property and was wild by their tension to detail. Great job guys. I am so pleased.
Dustin and DC Management provided incredible service during our recent kitchen renovation. They removed the old cabinetry and installed the new, bringing in their plumbing servicer as needed and coordinating with the appliance and countertop deliveries and installs to ensure a quality finished product. Dustin is a great communicator who knows his craft and ensures timely and professional results. He responds immediately to any requests and is flexible with last minute add-ons and changes. Their pricing is very reasonable given the level of service. Highly recommend!
DC has done our landscaping in the summer months so when I heard they offered cleaning services I was quick inquire! They do an amazing job ! The ladies are friendly and professional, they are attentive to detail and very thorough ,!! I could not be happier ! I look forward to the days that they come and have had nothing but the most postive experience with them ! They go above and beyond to fit the needs of our home and family ! The customer service is spot on ! Easy to communicate and they respond in a timely manner you can tell they know what they are doing and they really care about your satisfaction which is rare to find these days !! If I could give them 10 stars I would !!!!
