eLawnz Lawn Care describes itself on its website as a lawn care company that made a complete shift away from fossil fuel equipment to electric. A 2025 reviewer who wrote that they are a resident in a building whose HOA the company does service for said tools were left on the site and that, while the carport was being worked on, supplies were left across the whole carport, displacing the residents' vehicles for over two weeks when no work was going on. That reviewer also wrote that a truck with the eLawnz badge was left in the middle of the lot overnight and that plastic trash was left to blow in the wind while work was going on.
Does service for my hoa while being a landlord here. He constantly allows tools to be left on our site and takes advantage of our limited parking. In recent job our carport was being worked on and during that time he left his supplies across whole carport displacing all of the residents vehicles for over two weeks when he was not working. EDIT: Mark, Thanks for the response. I am a resident in building 7 which shares the lot with building 9. I appreciate your concern for the quality of which you leave jobsite. eLawnz was the badge on the truck left in the middle of our lot overnight, and the truck left overnight in a guest spot when we got snow, all while the supplies were covering all 6 spots in the carport. Plastic trash was also left to blow in the wind when work was going on. I have reached out to Garretts already. I don't expect all work to be perfect, but at least some care for the appearance would be nice.
