We had purchased solar panels back in 2006 and were some of the first residential solar customers in Connecticut. However, after almost 20 years, those panels had started to lose their effectiveness and needed replacement. The original installers (PV Squared) no longer serviced Connecticut, but they recommended I reach out to DCS Energy. I had gotten other quotes from larger local installers, but DCS came in at a significantly lower price. That, along with the recommendation from my prior installer, led me to choose DCS over their competitors. So happy that I did: 1) Great price: $5,000 less than the next-lowest bid 2) Excellent workmanship: All work that was completed was perfect - great attention to detail. 3) Clean: These projects can get messy, but they cleaned up and left no mess. 4) Responsive: Answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the installation process. If you are thinking about solar, you should definitely consider giving these guys a call.
