One customer wrote in August 2026 that they had been with De'Angele for over ten years; another, in July 2026, that the company had done five separate projects at their house. This East Bridgewater outfit works the South Shore — East Bridgewater, Duxbury, Marshfield, Scituate and Hingham are among the towns its site names — building paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, firepits and outdoor kitchens, installing fences and lawns, and plowing snow for commercial clients. It calls itself a family business and says it has been at this for 18 years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, with Deangele D Duarte as the responsible person of record. Stonework is what customers write about most. A July 2026 review describes a bluestone patio and walkway, a stone wall around the pool area and a new sod lawn; a September 2025 customer had an old railroad wall replaced with a Keystone wall; in a July 2022 review a homeowner had a brick walkway laid one fall and a rotting retainer wall rebuilt in stone that spring. Fencing runs alongside it: a May 2024 Thumbtack reviewer had an existing fence brought into compliance with town regulations without the full reinstall other contractors had pushed, and a July 2025 customer moving up from Alabama arranged a fence by phone and said the crew squeezed them in and worked three days. The company holds 4.6 on Google from 61 ratings and 4.8 on Angi from 166, and the Better Business Bureau grades it A+. Four customers, spread across nine years, describe the same trouble: getting a response once the first job is finished. A 2017 HomeAdvisor reviewer said a fence was broken and their inquiries went unanswered. A 2019 one said getting the crew out for a backyard drainage and pooling job was a job in itself. A July 2022 customer who called the original installation great said the repair estimate they were promised never came. The sharpest is recent: in an April 2026 HomeAdvisor review, a snow-plowing customer said a supervisor had been promised on site, that after signing they were told to call Leo directly, and that calls and photos of damage went unanswered — they advised against hiring the company for plowing. Separately, a May 2023 Google reviewer living at a complex the company maintains said the crews left rakes on the lawn and could clean up better. Others got the opposite. A May 2025 customer said the company stayed with an issue until it was made right, and a February 2023 Angi reviewer called them back a month later for a minor adjustment and said they showed up and took care of it. For a patio, a wall, a walkway or a fence on the South Shore, this is an established crew with customers who keep rehiring. If snow plowing is the job, pin down who supervises the route and how to reach that person once it snows; on a build, get the callback terms in writing before the crew starts.
