Deer Brothers Land Services

Deer Brothers Land Services is a family-owned, owner-operated business based in Amherst, NH, run by Greg Deer. The company focuses on stump grinding, brush removal and land clearing, plus junk hauling for construction debris and yard waste, and states it serves Amherst, Milford, Nashua, Bedford and Manchester. The company is new—it started operating in January 2026—so its public track record is still short. Google shows a 5-star average from three ratings, and the one written review on file calls the finished result "fantastic," with the customer saying they were "so happy with how it turned out." The Better Business Bureau lists the company at an A letter grade, though it is not a BBB Accredited Business—a separate designation from the grade—with no complaints on file. There isn't yet enough written history to say much about pricing, scheduling, or how the company handles larger or more complex jobs, so it's worth asking directly about availability and getting a written estimate before booking. For homeowners in Southern New Hampshire needing stump removal, brush clearing or debris haul-away from a small, hands-on outfit, the early signs here are positive, but the record is still building.
