A.BORDEAU MECHANICAL L.L.C.

Andrew was professional, honest, and took the time to thoroughly explain the parts of the system and how it works. He assessed the inefficiency of our old system and designed a new system to meet our needs. He made sure we were informed on how to take care of the new system correctly and has been accessible for any questions after the installation. Prior to his work, we had paid 3 different vendors to address the problems of the old system that was unable to distribute heat properly around the house. Andrew was able to recognize, solve, and correct the problems which the other vendors were not capable of doing before. We are very impressed with his work and level of service and would recommend his service to other people.

Got me 2 new rennai heaters installed and done before the deadline and under budget. If you need hvac work done id get his quote before signing anything with the bigger operations.

Andrew from A. Bordeau Mechanical and Tylor from Pasquaney Mechanical came together to fix our bedroom HVAC that wasn’t working. They own two different companies, but as a team and separately they are exceptional. I learned about them by posting in an online group for the area asking for HVAC technicians. They were on time and worked around my schedule, which made a huge difference with a toddler at home. Communication was top notch from the start. They both explained everything extremely well and made sure I understood what was going on. As a new homeowner I knew nothing about the system, and they never made me feel stupid. They were easy to talk to and treated me like a human. They were extremely professional, down to earth, and friendly. They went above and beyond with their service. They were incredibly accommodating with my daughter in the house and courteous about anything that needed attention, like shutting the childproof gates and doors behind them so she stayed safe. They also took extra time to make sure the home was sealed up nicely to help prevent pest problems. The work itself was exceptional and a job well done. The pricing was more than fair, especially given how thorough they were. They are empathetic and very helpful. I really appreciated everything they did for us. I would and will always be a return customer and will keep spreading the word. They get business by word of mouth because they are hardworking and passionate about what they do. They aren’t trying to beat out competitors. They are just trying to do good work and they understand the demands of everyday cost of living. Highly recommend both Andrew and Tylor, together or on their own.
