DeNisco Construction Company, trading as Denisco Roofing, is a Manchester, New Hampshire roofing outfit run by John DeNisco that strips and replaces asphalt, rubber and metal roofs and also does siding, gutters, replacement windows and decks. It is BBB accredited with an A+ grade. The striking thing about the review record is how repetitive it is, in a good way: crew arrives on time, the roof goes on in a single day, and the yard is left cleaner than they found it. A 2020 customer with a late-1800s house carrying three layers of shingles and the original boards had it done in a day; a 2021 reviewer describes the crew putting barriers around the shrubs and then rolling the yard for nails; a 2020 Angi reviewer had a 1830 barn plus house re-roofed with rakes, fascia and soffits rebuilt in three and a half days. Price comes up constantly and always in the same direction. One 2021 customer collected seven estimates and says nobody beat his, then he ordered materials early to hold the price; another was quoted $18,000 and $10,500 elsewhere before hiring him; a 2024 reviewer calls it a great job at a fair price. In August 2026 a customer says the materials arrived the next day without a deposit being taken. The owner is hands-on — reviewers repeatedly describe John doing the estimate himself, staying their point of contact, answering emails and texts, and working alongside the crew. A 2020 customer credits him with diagnosing the ventilation fault that had destroyed the old roof rather than just re-covering it. Two accounts run hard the other way and deserve weight despite the volume around them. In April 2022 a customer wrote that the roof DeNisco redone collapsed and that repeated attempts to reach the company went unanswered. In February 2024 a different reviewer, who says they never hired the company at all, describes coming home to find its equipment, ladders and truck set up in their driveway and parking space with nobody willing to explain. Ask directly how the workmanship warranty is honoured and who answers when something goes wrong. The company's stated tenure is inconsistent across its own listings, which is worth a question if experience matters to you: BBB records the LLC as started in 2014. Overall a strong, well-priced choice for a straightforward roof replacement around Manchester and southern New Hampshire, on a decade-long record of fast, tidy single-day jobs — with the caveat that the two serious complaints are about what happened afterwards.
“denisco construction.”
Very pleased with my roof John had all the materials at my house the next day without even taking a deposit, was impressed with the trust and communication, roof came out great and 3 of my neighbors have used him since with zero issues as well,I wouldn't recommend another roofing company but DeNisco they really go above and beyond Thanks again John let me know when you have time to roof the barn in back !!!!!!!!
Showed up as scheduled. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Looks great.
This is the second time we’ve used Denisco Construction to do a roof. First at our home several years ago and then just recently at our parents home. They really are the best out there from fair price to fast scheduling and then superb job! Everything is done carefully and clean up was great. I really can’t say enough good things. Give them a call!
Excellent communication and service! I still can’t believe how fast they stripped the two layers of roofing shingles. My new roof is just perfect! Thanks for a great job at a fair price!
Only because it's not possible to give ZERO STARS. First, may I say we never hired them to do a roofing job. The attached photos are what I came home to. I asked why they were set up in our driveway with equipment, machines, ladders and they had their work truck parked in the other space we pay to have plowed. No one answered. Not one word. Not excuse me, not sorry. Nothing. I thought there could be a language barrier. My Spanish is minimal at best. I tried to speak to the person in charge and he was receptive to me in Spanish, but as I said I am limited. I called the "24 hours emergency line" I am still waiting for a call back. Please note the house on the right was having the roof done. They have a full driveway. This is how they chose to set up. The person that disperses the crew is responsible. As I said he has still not bothered to call.
