I hired this company to fix my bulkhead. They did the job for a good price. Nice guy running the business with a happy attitude. Informative and seemingly helpful. However, nothing happens when he says it will. He could be anywhere from 2 hours late or a complete no call, no show. It’s very disruptive to make time in your work and home schedule to be available them and then they no show or randomly get there at 5 or 6 pm and you have to cancel your plans. During the process he broke one of my pipes. All summer I had no outdoor faucet. The fix he did failed and he has yet to come and fix. He says he is on the way here or will be here “tomorrow”, but has yet to actually get here. It’s been almost a month and a half of “I’ll be there tomorrow to fix it.” My bulkhead is fixed but now I have a broken faucet I haven’t been able to use since June.

Hands down a true professional willing to go the extra mile to provide quality work, exceeding expectations at reasonable prices.

Spent over an hour on the phone with him initially with him talking himself and his company up about trustworthiness and showing up or communicating and not cutting corners, going over history of his company, etc. Never confirmed appt initially on the day he said he would. Had a family emergency and couldn't make the first appt (found out after appt time). Family emergency apparently extended to the next day and he didnt know this until after that appt. Third attempt there was a message sent about him being an hour or two late to the appt after being told the day before that he had all day free that day. After he still wasn't there and I called I was told he was on his way to my house and was in Providence (which is 20 minutes max from my house). He shows up to my house 4 hours later. Save your time. Too much of mine and my family's was wasted.
