As an electrical construction contractor since 1986, I have worked alongside nearly every trade in the business over the last 40 years. It is rare to find an outfit that operates with this level of integrity. Before the project began, the owner, Devin, met with me to thoroughly review my design. He brought invaluable recommendations regarding materials, structural integrity, cost-efficiency, and scheduling, seamlessly integrating everything into a comprehensive written proposal. When execution day came, he went above and beyond to honor the schedule, completing the project ahead of expectations without compromising an ounce of quality. What impressed me most was Devin’s leadership. He leads by example, getting his hands dirty right alongside his crew. The entire team was incredibly respectful, diligent, and skilled, which clearly reflects the high personal and professional ethics Devin instills in his business. For any future earthwork or hardscaping, Devin is the only call I will make. They did a magnificent job, and I’ve attached a photo as proof of their flawless work. Thank you to Devin, Gage, and the rest of the crew!
Devon's Property Maintenance came through again! we needed an area leveled and set up for a swing set and never could have imagined it would look this good and professional. Devon has been so great to work with. His crew is hard working and polite. We are very pleased with the work he did!
Always reliable and quality service.
Devon did my yard neighbors yard and the common areas and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and his team
Devon starting plowing for us in the winter of 2021 here at the Western View Condos. We had the same plow person for 12 yrs so it was hard to start with a new one. Devon has and continues to exceed all our expectations with responsiveness and outstanding clean up. I highly recommend his business
