Dimensions 3D is a one-person building company in Natick, and its owner is the whole story. Livia Givoni incorporated the LLC in 2007 and calls herself one of only a few female licensed general contractors and builders in Massachusetts; by her own account she has been building for more than 23 years, after a career as a senior executive and global project manager at a large multinational. The work she describes is whole-project work: custom homes, additions and full renovations, along with kitchens, bathrooms and landscape and hardscape jobs. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and it is held in the company's own name rather than an individual's — a small detail, but the one that actually backs a homeowner up. The public side is thin. Its BBB file, opened in 2019 and graded A+ though not accredited, lists one employee and no complaints, and carries no customer reviews. Nothing published shows how the finished work turns out. So treat this as a starting point rather than a verdict. If you're weighing her for a custom build or a gut renovation, ask for addresses and photographs of recent projects, for references you can actually call, and — given a one-person company taking on whole houses — for a clear answer on which subcontractors she works with and who runs the schedule.
