The cleaning jobs described by Dirtless customers range from a home deep clean to apartment turnovers between guests. A July 2026 short-term-rental host praised the team’s attention to detail and care for the property. The company’s Thumbtack description identifies Imalda Cristina as its founder; customers also name Imalda and Cristina in accounts of work they received.
In a December 2025 review, another rental host said Cristina and Imalda repeatedly left an apartment ready for the next check-in and alerted the host when something was missing or damaged. A July 2025 customer described Imalda and her daughters cleaning cabinets and baseboards during a next-day move-out job. A June 2025 apartment customer said the team came on the day of an event, removed a stubborn toilet ring and organized the apartment. Other customers describe deep cleaning in homes, including a September 2025 reviewer who considered the price fair. Google shows 5.0 stars from 18 ratings; Thumbtack shows 4.8 from 37.
One December 2024 Thumbtack reviewer reported a sharply different post-construction cleaning experience. The reviewer said parts of the unit, including the bathroom floor, were left dirty, and alleged poor communication about problems encountered during the work. The same reviewer said a company contact searched for their personal details and kept texting after being asked to stop, and described pressure over payment. These are that customer’s allegations, alongside the favorable cleaning accounts elsewhere.

We’ve been through a bunch of cleaners our first year into the Airbnb business and I am so happy we found Dirtless cleaning! They treat our property as if it’s their own, have amazing attention to detail and always offer amazing suggestions. They are amazing cleaners but also lovely people. It took us over a year to finally find a cleaner we could fully trust, and Cristina and Imalda from this company were exactly that. From day one, they paid attention to the small details that are easy to miss but make a huge difference. They were always proactive about letting us know if anything was missing or damaged, which gave us real peace of mind as hosts.
The apartment was always left spotless and ready for the next check in. We never once received a complaint, only 5 star reviews for cleanliness!! That alone speaks volumes!!!
They were always on time and somehow always made it happen when we needed them last minute, which is huge in the Airbnb world!!!!
The only reason we are not using this company right now is because we have a long term tenant in place. Once they move out, we will absolutely be reaching out again!!! Cristina and her team are 100% worth booking. This company is truly the way to go!!!
Couldn’t be happier with this service! I was searching for a local small business to hire for a deep clean of my home and dirtless cleaning services came through! I definitely plan on continuing my services with them in the future and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality cleaning at a fair price. I’m still so pleased with how clean everything is a week later, it’s a relief so say the least!
