DMH Electric’s recent Google reviews read like a practical electrical service desk with a strong EV-and-energy-transition lane: customers describe chargers, load-management devices, panel upgrades, generators, fire-alarm work, rewiring, lighting, and urgent repairs. The company is based in Sterling, and Google shows 4.9 stars from 155 ratings. The recent run is especially consistent. Reviews from July and August 2026 repeatedly mention technicians arriving on time, explaining the work, cleaning up, and completing EV charger, generator, panel, lighting, and emergency jobs; one June review describes a challenging GM Energy charger-and-inverter installation that left the system working perfectly. The written history is broad—135 reviews from 2022 through 2026—and includes substantial commercial and residential work, including a 16-story fire-alarm replacement described in a 2024 review. There are two older cautions worth carrying into the call. A December 2023 reviewer said a car-charger quote was about 30% above competing quotes and criticized scheduling communication, while a March 2023 reviewer alleged opaque billing, poor communication, mixed quality, and unfair charges during a long renovation; another June 2023 review called repairs well done but very costly. Those complaints are older than the recent positive run, but they make a written scope, price, and change-order process worth confirming. DMH looks like a fit for homeowners and commercial customers who need anything from a small repair to EV infrastructure, generators, lighting, or larger electrical systems. Ask what is included in the quote, who handles permits and utility coordination, and what follow-up coverage applies before approving the work.
Eric was on time, courteous, and cleaned up when done. I called your company this past Monday and never got a call back. I called 4 different phone numbers Thursday answered by AI and it was terrible. I tried the 0400 number and finally got a human, thankfully. After that the response was great!
Issac serviced my generac generator and did an amazing job! He's very detailed oriented and gladly answered any questions I had. I will definitely request him for my next service.
Eric and Joe installed our Level 2 EV charger today. They also installed a load management device to our electrical panel. Eric and Joe were outstanding. They also fastened the charging cable to the garage wall and added a hook for the charging handle. Qmerit and DMH Electric made the appointment process and scheduling easy online. The confirmation emails were great. Our EV was plugged in and charging within a few hours. Great job guys!
Kevin, Joe, and Isaac were excellent! Highly recommend DMH - the team is always great and easy to work with. They helped upgrade my panel and installed an EV charger, and the entire experience couldn't have gone better. Everything looks clean and organized as well - super professional team that does high quality work. Thanks, guys!
Chris and Brandon were great. We had an emergency and they came down right away, assessed the situation and were very thorough and explanative. Would definitely take them back here anytime.
