Dobson Irrigation

Dobson installed my 20 zone system in 2008 and it has been HORRIFIC ever since. Every year I need to fix 10-15 breaks and/or faulty wiring in the system. I've needed to replace over 200 feet of piping since the original installation. Some breaks are due to tree roots, that's normal. But 90% are due to the faulty pipe they installed. The pipe they used was recalled by the manufacturer the same year they installed it. John Dobson knew it and he installed it anyway, and then tried to blame me because I wouldn't buy a $750 annual service contract from him. Their faulty pipe consistently fails under normal use. This company's MO is to sell faulty equipment, then require an expensive annual service contract to fix their faulty installation & equipment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Was just double charged and they have no idea as to why.

They are good, but 3.5 weeks to fix a few leaks after weeks of waiting for activation appointment. Waiting times just too long!

Have used these guys 2 years now and finally gave up and moved on. Every time there is a "leak" or some other issue with the system. Then they came out recently to "re-open" the system after checking it 2 weeks ago and I've got water leaking. They didn't tell me or report anything until I called back in and they told me "we don't have time to send our technician back out there." Terrible customer service to begin with but even more so for someone who has been a customer for a number of years. They don't even deserve one star.
