Great experience as always with Dog House. Service is consistently great and professional! Josh M and Noah B are true professionals with a lot of knowledge. Thank you!
Hannah K. was absolutely wonderful!!!! She knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently. She was a pure joy to have in our basement to replace our expansion tank and relief valve. Should we need any future help, I would be more than delighted to have her in my home.
I have had multiple great experiences with technicians from Dog House. Today, Carson T. came to do maintenance on my boiler. This was the second time I've worked with him, and I couldn't be happier with his service. Carson is very thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and made several helpful suggestions for proactive things I can do to help my system perform better and avoid future problems. I really appreciate his communication and how he genuinely cares about doing a great job for his customers. Thank you, Carson!
The tech - Nick Evans - was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He was able to service both heat pump and gas boiler in one appointment. Highly recommend.
Carson did a thorough job and we hope to see him back next year
