DogWatch Systems

Excellent customer service, I bought a house that had a system already in place and I decided to upgrade the control box and add on two additional collars. In addition to that I also needed my dogs to be trained on how to use the fence and they were very prompt on making appointment to do so.

The office was very communicative and helpful in setting up the appointment ans sharing the relevant information. (Pro tip: look out for an email from hubspot, they got caught in my junk folder at first). Daren is the best. Total dog guy, patient with the training, explained everything (twice if needed) and was willing to walk me through the whole process of installation and caring for the system. Definitely went above and beyond. I will recommend these folks anytime I can. Great job!

After having Dogwatch save me again, I wanted to share our wholehearted recommendation for their company. We have used them twice to install at our homes, multiple times to fix self created issues, and every time without fail, they have been reliable, prompt, fair, knowledgeable and kind. We even tried a different company once (wife called the wrong company) and we were so disappointed. We went back to Dogwatch and they again went above and beyond our expectations. It took 48 hours to get them to our house and they fixed the issue for an extremely fair price. It is without question I recommend Dogwatch. They are legit and I promise better than other local companies. You will not be disappointed!

The Dog Watch System is excellent! We have 2- 80 lb labs that were escape artists and dug out from under our stockade and chain link fences. We could not stop them and we were scared they would run into the street. This system works perfectly and the service is wonderful! We have had the system for 3 years. Highly recommend Dog Watch!
