We hired Dolsa Construction at the recommendation of Floor Coverings International. The two contractors partnered to complete a master bathroom remodel and a living room ceiling demo & replacement. We were very pleased with both. Regarding Dolsa: Excellent & friendly communication, quality work, reasonable price, responsive and prompt corrective action when issues arose (as do with any project), partnered well with another vendor, ensured proper protection of our home (dust mitigation & floor protection), completed the final punch list & kept their subs on track (plumbing, etc.). They kept the project moving, finished on time, and came in under budget. We are very pleased with the end result!
Great Company to do business with. Very responsive (even answered my text while he was on vacation). Willing to walk you through the price detail out options. Crew was polite and arrived daily as they said they would. Work was complete on time and as requested. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Dolsa Construction. I had a vision to open a wall in my house and make a sun porch into a sun room. They listened to me, gave me feedback and suggestions that were spot on, and now I have a new space that I love. Their team worked hard - Dolan was consistently in touch with me about the various phases of the project. Ali was wonderful to collaborate with when picking the various materials needed, and providing a realistic estimate. They were respectful and fun to have in my house while the project was being completed. Great company!
Dolsa Construction is great, I hired them to do some exterior renovations on my house. They quoted the job fairly, cleaned up before leaving everyday, finished the job on time, and did great work. Will hire them again for sure.
I've hired Dolsa Construction for a handful of small to medium sized jobs, both interior and exterior work. They knocked it out of the park on all occasions. Reasonably priced, easy to communicate with, quoting and scope of works was easy to define. Would hire them again without any hesitation!
