And BBB files the business at a Billerica address while the site gives Andover, so it is worth asking which location and which entity you would actually be contracting with. This is a sensible call if you have a wet basement or a crumbling fieldstone wall and want someone who does that particular work rather than treating it as a sideline. Ask for recent local references and the written warranty terms: its BBB profile publishes no customer star rating or review bodies, and the one customer testimonial available is published on the company's own website.
