Flawless execution from an amazing team! If you are looking for a contractor who is honest, highly organized, and delivers with great precision and care, hire Colleary Construction. They kept our project completely on time and were incredibly responsive. Their attention to detail is remarkable. Every single team member from all the different disciplines (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.) was pleasant, respectful, and a joy to have on our property. If you want a timely, low-stress, and meticulously executed project, I cannot recommend them enough!

Dara and his crew were exceptional! I would not hesitate to hire them for another job in the future. They created a finished room in our garage by building a second floor. Dara was excellent with communication and resolving any questions or changes/additions we requested. His crew were detail oriented in their job, they showed pride in their work, and were always friendly, courteous, and respectful.

Dara was highly attentive to the project and ensured that we were consistently on the same page in terms of renovation goals and benchmarks. He was consistently available and communicative about project updates and construction progress. He provided excellent documentation to make sure there were no misunderstandings. Importantly, he was patient and solution-focused with the changes in the project as our renovation scope evolved over time. His whole team was similarly amiable, professional and capable of working through unexpected issues. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Colleary Construction! Since this was our first major home renovation, we were definitely a bit overwhelmed and unsure of what to expect.From the very beginning, Dara and his team made the entire process feel stress-free and manageable. His team is friendly, hardworking, thoughtful, punctual, and incredibly meticulous with every detail. There was always someone working on site, and either a project manager or Dara himself consistently checked in, which gave us so much peace of mind. As a result, our kitchen, bathroom, and mudroom turned out beautifully—and the project was completed on time! Most importantly, communication was always open and seamless. Dara worked wonderfully with the other vendors we used and was always available to jump on a phone call, answer a text, or stop by to check on something—no question was ever too small (including how to turn our disposal back on!). He’s a great problem solver and, above all, a genuinely wonderful person who truly cares about his work and the people he works with. We definitely plan on using Colleary Construction again for future home renovation projects!

I can't say enough good things about Colleary! We worked with them our first time this past fall to help repair our porch and everything turned out so much better than we expected. Working with Dara was easy and the crew was clean respectful and nice. The craftsmanship of all the work is top-grade. The thing that impressed us the most is that they went above and beyond in many areas just seeing that something needed to get done and took care of it without us haggling on each small thing. Would HIGHLY recommend!
