Dowcett Painting is a house painter in Maynard, MA. Its website says it has been operating since 1990 as a house painter in the Boston area, and it states that it offers free estimates. A 2026 customer wrote that Dowcett Painting painted their home, that they don't skip the details, that they clean up at the end of each day, and that they show up and get the job done; that customer recommended calling Charlie Dowcett and meeting with him. In a 2023 review, a customer wrote that Charlie was very fast to respond and had good communication, and was happy with their work repainting the deck and front porch, along with touching up a wall. In 2022, Charlie and his team laid a new floor for a customer in two days at $200 less than the estimate, and that customer wrote that they cleaned up so well you would never know workers were there. Also in 2022, a customer wrote that the Dowcett team repainted their house with excellent and timely work, that the job site was always cleaned by the end of the day, that they were always apprised of the painters' arrival times, and that the cost was fair. Another 2022 customer wrote that Dowcett Painting called ahead of time to make sure they were ready and then called back after a week to see if there were any problems.
