Versatile Home Services is a Massachusetts remodeling and home-improvement company led by Eduardo, according to the company’s website, which says it has been in business for 15 years. Its stated work includes kitchen and bathroom remodeling, finished basements, decks, flooring, windows and doors, trim repairs, painting, finished carpentry, and handyman work. Homeowners describe a long-running record of work across these areas. Recent reviews mention a basement studio, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, responsiveness, dependable scheduling, and careful execution. A reviewer said the team completed a full kitchen remodel on schedule and also replaced shutters during the project. Another recent account says an upfront price had no surprises and the crew arrived as promised. Older reviews add specific examples: a 2024 homeowner described siding-board replacement completed within a week after an overnight bid, while another said the company repaired a botched shower with meticulous tiling and a custom-looking glass door. A 2022 review described a family-room renovation involving a fireplace, walls, barn board, and floor refinishing, and another praised basement work, communication, fair pricing, and help with additional repairs. Reviewers also mention window replacement, trim work, bay-window enclosures, shed repairs, and carpentry. Pricing and communication are recurring positives: reviewers call prices competitive or fair, describe upfront quotes, and report availability on short notice. The history is not uniformly positive; one 2022 reviewer said the company never called back. Before booking, confirm the exact scope, schedule, and price in writing, especially for projects combining several trades. Versatile appears suited to homeowners planning substantial interior remodeling or coordinated repairs who value communication and finish detail.
