Downeast Mobile Power Wash LLC

In July 2026 a Google reviewer whose house, detached garage, deck and patio were "filthy green and black" wrote that Adam brought his own water because he didn't want to use their well after a couple of drier years. Adam and his crew made the buildings and deck look brand new, and even washed the pollen out of the screens. Downeast Mobile Power Wash LLC, of Brewer, Maine, says on its website that it has offered mobile hot water power washing for more than 17 years, with variable power and temperatures, for residential and commercial customers in Brewer and Bangor. In October 2023, a reviewer wrote that Adam and Corey washed the whole house, a shed, a gazebo, a decorative arch and fences, removed moss from the house and shed roofs, and cleaned 25 years of moss off two paver patios, all for what the reviewer called a really fair price. An April 2026 reviewer had a soft wash done on the house and roof and wrote that the buildup on the fascia and gutters came off. A June 2026 reviewer, on their second wash of house and shop with Adam, called the pricing very fair. In an April 2023 review, a customer described a log cabin power washed to remove peeling stain and mold. In January 2023, a reviewer wrote that after a sleet storm Adam arrived as scheduled to clear compacted sleet from their house roof. A December 2023 reviewer described chalky, oxidized metal on a metal building brought back to looking new. A May 2025 reviewer wrote that owner Adam scheduled them earlier than expected. In an October 2022 review, a customer wrote that the crew finished power washing the house and left without doing the gutters; once reminded, Adam scheduled a return trip and did them. That reviewer also noted the crew kept water running over the plants beside the house during the wash. On Google the company holds 5 stars from 68 ratings, and its website states it offers free estimates and is insured.
