A 2026 customer said the owner did not respond to text messages for weeks, did not get bids out, and suggested a job is likely too small unless it fills a 20-person payroll; that customer still wrote that the shop seems to do fantastic work if you can get it. A 2025 reviewer warned people to run from the company over a rude attitude.
Owner is overworked and makes it the problems of potential customers. Doesn’t respond to text messages for weeks, doesn’t get bids out, then treats you like you’re out of line for asking for updates. Also, your job is likely “too small” unless you have work to fill his 20 person payroll. Real shame, seems like they do fantastic work if you can get it
