We couldn’t be happier with the work Mike and Dragon Fly Lawn & Landscape did for us! The front of our house desperately needed a major refresh, but after getting several estimates from other companies, we honestly thought the project was financially out of reach. Then we met Mike. Mike came out, listened to what we wanted, and gave us a very fair and affordable quote. He removed all of the old shrubs and overgrown vegetation, carefully prepped the entire area, installed a high-quality weed barrier, and recommended a beautiful multicolored river rock that completely transformed the front of our home. We scheduled the project, and despite working through some of the hottest days of the summer, Mike showed up as promised and completed everything with incredible attention to detail. His workmanship and pride in what he does are obvious in every part of the finished project. The transformation exceeded our expectations, and our home’s curb appeal has improved dramatically. Mike/Dragonfly has been a breath of fresh air to work with on our recent landscaping projects, and we've been through many many different landscapers in the 13 years we've owned our home. Mike responds quickly, and was able to schedule our work sooner than anyone else we got a quote from (his quote was very reasonable as well). The work was done exactly as discussed right at the date/time decided upon, and he even went above and beyond to do some small extra things while he was working. The end result is really lovely. And, perhaps most importantly, communication was always consistent and clear. These are all the fine qualities and attributes I look for when hiring professionals, and it's been rare in my experience to find a landscaper who embodies them all, but Mike does. Mike did an amazing job installing a gorgeous meadow/pollinator garden in our backyard. He meticulously researched the best native plants that would work for our site conditions and measured the spacing of each plant. We really appreciated his professionalism and enjoyed working with him. We highly recommend him for any garden/lawn project!
