Drain Pro

Drain Pro clears clogged drains, and its website lists North Haven as its service area. A recent customer with a tough main line backup said they answered the call, gave a timeline and showed up within 2 hours; the job turned out tougher than anticipated, but they cleared the blockage. A recent customer said they helped unclog a galvanized pipe that ran "from 2/F all the way down to the basement." A 2024 reviewer described John and Mike Shea as a father-and-son team who operate DrainPro. That 2024 customer said both came about an hour after the call for a main drain to the septic tank, ran their power snake, and also opened the septic tank to make sure the drain was OK at that end, then referred them to a pumpout guy. A 2024 customer said John answered the phone at 3:30am when a sump pump broke down and the basement was starting to flood, was at the house within 45 minutes and installed a new pump. A 2025 customer said they came out in the middle of the night for a leaking washing machine and were "completely reasonable for an emergency call." A 2023 customer who called on a Friday night with a clogged main drain said they were there Saturday morning and found tree roots some 50 to 75 feet out toward the street. A 2023 customer said Mike pulled the roots out of a main line and showed camera footage of the cleaned pipe. A 2023 customer who bought a foreclosure "as is" said the tub and kitchen sink were practically not usable until Mike solved the problem. One 2024 reviewer left a one-star rating with the words "Disgusting people."
