Last night, our water stopped working, and of course, my husband was 5.5 hours away on a fishing trip. Because why would something like this happen when he's actually home?
I called Badger Plumbing first thing this morning, and Chris, the owner, answered the phone himself. He was able to get me scheduled for the SAME DAY, between 2 and 5 PM. I even received a text letting me know when he was on his way.
Now, nobody wants to turn on their faucet and discover they have no water, BUT if that means you get to have Chris come to your house, I'll take it!
Chris was professional, courteous, punctual, friendly, and incredibly patient with my dogs, who apparently decided he was their new best friend and wouldn't leave him alone.
He took the time to explain what was wrong, what he was going to do to fix it, and even spoke with my husband over the phone to explain what else we could do to keep everything properly maintained. I really appreciated that he didn't just fix the problem and leave. He made sure we understood what had happened and how to help prevent future issues.
And while I certainly don't claim to know what plumbing repairs should cost, I felt the price was very fair, especially considering the prompt service and overall experience.
Badger Plumbing has absolutely earned my trust and my future business. Chris turned what started as a stressful situation into a genuinely great experience. I cannot recommend him enough!
The attention to details, overall pricing, the level of professionalism are all exceptional. Love our newly installed walk-in bathroom. Definitely a customer for life now!
