Melchie's Construction is based at 383 South St in Randolph, Massachusetts. The one review posted on Google is negative. Dated 2025, it says a construction job worth more than $3,000 was left incomplete even after Melchie's was paid in full, and that the company then blocked further contact from the customer. The review also references Maine's construction-payment law, which does not match the business's Massachusetts address. Given this limited and negative track record, homeowners considering Melchie's should ask for references, a written contract with a payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and proof of insurance before hiring.
Incomplete work requires hiring another Company to finish. Melchie's has been paid in full Doesn't follow Maine law for construction work over 3000$. Now blocking Me for any contact.
