Dream Kitchens

Love the bathroom now but had to have contractor come back to fix a few things and that took an additional 2 weeks before he responded back and made it over. Dissapointed that our designer never called to ask how things were going or if we had any problems.

We have a nearly completed kitchen from dream kitchens. All of the materials are amazing, the drawers are nice and big and I can definitely fit a lot into them. We love our kitchen aid lift. Our countertops are also very nice. I did think there would be more collaboration between the designer and the contractor who we hired through dream kitchens. Our contractor didn’t know we were installing a pot filler, he also didn’t know that the electrical outlets were also under cabinet lighting. The pot filler was installed however the under cabinet lighting which cost 1500 was not wired. The contractor had said multiple times he would come address the issue but I had to reach out to dream kitchens frequently to get a response from the contractor. In order to have working under cabinet lighting now they would have ti cut into the back splash, which was very expensive with tile that may no longer be in stock. The contractor has yet to come finish a few other small things on the exterior of our house. One of my biggest frustrations is that the contractor says he didn’t know about the under cabinet lighting while dream kitchens says the told him about it. At the beginning of the process the designer also said they would be out at our house checking on our renovation, I saw the designer once at our house. I wonder if they checked in more frequently at our house if we would have had our lighting. It is upsetting because we spent over 100k on our kitchen and I would like to have everything we had planned.

Gemma designed our gas fireplace conversion with the utmost precision planning! With much help from assistant Kim, they kept us informed during this custom cabinet ordering and installation process. I had many special requests for my entertainment system including adjustable Shelving, Fan Ventilation and Wiring all accomplished as requested! I would hope that Master Carpenter Scott is still with you as he did an outstanding installation! I'm very picky about details and he went above and beyond my expectations!
