Due to the rains there was water entering the basement from the bulkhead. I called many contractors but no one came to take a look. Finally I called Eddie and he was very prompt and came over and took a look and helped me out to clean the basement. He was able to point out the issue immediately. The next day he sent me an estimate of the work that needs to be done. He fairly priced everything and walked me through what he will be doing. He always kept me updated with the work that was happening and successfully installed the pump and diverted the water for the downspouts to a well in backyard. Eddie is a wonderful person to work with and he finished the work on time and I would always recommend to call Eddie if you need work to be done.

Eddie and his team were great. His quote for a sump pump installation was better than competitors, and he worked with my schedule to find the best time. The team was professional, courteous and respectful of the home. Eddie explained the overall process and kept me updated with pictures and video of my own project as it progressed. He is very responsive and maintained communication weeks after the work was completed, often checking in during large rainstorms. We plan to use Eddie and his team for other services in the future.
