A homeowner this March wrote that All Pro had included an extra piece of the system that later turned out not to be needed — and that Diego refunded that portion of the job voluntarily, without being asked. That story, more than any star count, is the through-line here: wet basements, a named owner who shows up, and repeated accounts of being talked out of spending more. All Pro Basement Waterproofing is a family-run company based at 35 Parkwood Drive in Hopkinton, working across Middlesex, Norfolk and Worcester counties. Owner Diego Tameirao is named in nearly every review, and the company says he personally oversees each job; Keila Tameirao is listed as project manager. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #203371, is active and held under the company's own name. Its BBB profile is A+ and accredited since February 2026. The work is drainage and moisture: interior perimeter drains, sump pumps and battery backups, crawlspace encapsulation, dehumidifiers, foundation crack repair, fieldstone repointing, and — increasingly — finishing the basement afterwards. Recent customers describe a 200-year-old fieldstone basement turned into a bright dry room, a dirt crawlspace encapsulated and lit, and a full remodel with an office, TV room, gym and bathroom. The volume is real: 5.0 across 115 Google ratings and 5.0 across 27 on HomeAdvisor, 126 reviews in total spanning 2021 to this summer, twelve of them in the last six months. What makes that set credible rather than suspicious is its texture — reviews run from one line to several paragraphs, name recurring crew members (Travis, Rick) alongside the owner, itemise the actual assemblies installed, and quote real numbers from $875 for a dehumidifier install to $12,500 for foundation drainage. Two 2025 and 2026 customers specifically noted the work was done without cutting open finished drywall after other companies said it would be necessary. One thing to reconcile before you call. The company's website advertises "25+ years of experience" (and, on the same page, "over 20 years"), and its HomeAdvisor profile says 21 years — but BBB dates the business's start to September 2021 and lists it as four years in business. The likeliest reading is a personal career being counted as the company's age. Ask directly how long the corporation has been doing this work, and get the lifetime warranty several reviewers mention in writing. The right call for a wet basement, a failing sump, or a crawlspace you don't want to enter — especially if you want the space finished afterwards by the same crew. Confirm HIC #203371 with the state, and pin down what the warranty covers and who honours it.

Diego and his All Pro team did a phenomenal job in transforming our nearly 200 year old fieldstone basement from the stuff of nightmares to a clean, bright, functional space. Clear communication, no pressure to buy things we didn’t need — a total A+ experience. (Pics are before and after.)

Diego and his team were awesome. From start to finish the communication was amazing. The project took less than 5 days and not only met but exceeded all expectations. Their work is very clean, neat, and professional. I strongly recommend utilizing this company for any basement needs.

Diego and his crew did a great job. At the investigation, Diego clearly explained me what’s happening in the basement. He told me that duration of the construction would be 2 weeks, but their work is high-quality and more speedy than I expected. If you have any problems with the basement, I highly recommend to talk to this company first.

About five months ago, Diego and the team from All Pro completed an incredible basement waterproofing and remodel at my house. They did an amazing job, starting with the initial waterproofing work and then completing a full remodel that included an office, a TV room, a gym, a stunning bathroom with laundry and storage. I cannot recommend the team enough.

Diego and his team were great. They did a fantastic job with our basement. They put in a drain and new flooring. Very punctual- left everything clean. Diego even sent a cleaner the next day to make sure it was not dusty. Couldnt recommend more.
