All Pro Basement Waterproofing runs out of Hopkinton and does one thing constantly: turn wet, unfinished basements into dry, livable space — waterproofing, sump pumps, French drains, crawl-space encapsulation, and the finishing work that follows once the water problem is solved. Owner Diego Tameirao shows up on most jobs himself, and his name is in nearly every review. The volume here is unusual: 126 reviews since 2021 across five platforms, averaging five stars on both Google (115 ratings) and HomeAdvisor (27 ratings), and the last six months alone brought 11 more with zero negative. A few things keep repeating. Diego diagnoses before he sells — in a 2024 review, one homeowner expecting a $20,000 drainage overhaul instead got a cheaper two-well fix; another had a portion of a job refunded, unprompted, once it turned out not to be needed. Reviewers across years describe him walking through causes and options before recommending anything. Turnarounds run fast — a full basement transformation finished in under five days is typical — and more than one customer mentions the crew installing a French drain without cutting open finished drywall, which other companies had told them was required. Bigger jobs go beyond the waterproofing itself into full remodels — one customer describes an office, TV room, gym and studio built out after the water problem was fixed. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and its BBB profile is an A+, accredited since February 2026. For a wet or unfinished basement in the MetroWest area, this is a company reviewers keep calling back for follow-up work — a second call from the same customer is its own kind of endorsement. Worth asking directly about current scheduling given how much repeat and word-of-mouth business the team is carrying.
Diego and his All Pro team did a phenomenal job in transforming our nearly 200 year old fieldstone basement from the stuff of nightmares to a clean, bright, functional space. Clear communication, no pressure to buy things we didn’t need — a total A+ experience. (Pics are before and after.)
Diego and his team were awesome. From start to finish the communication was amazing. The project took less than 5 days and not only met but exceeded all expectations. Their work is very clean, neat, and professional. I strongly recommend utilizing this company for any basement needs.
Diego and his crew did a great job. At the investigation, Diego clearly explained me what’s happening in the basement. He told me that duration of the construction would be 2 weeks, but their work is high-quality and more speedy than I expected. If you have any problems with the basement, I highly recommend to talk to this company first.
About five months ago, Diego and the team from All Pro completed an incredible basement waterproofing and remodel at my house. They did an amazing job, starting with the initial waterproofing work and then completing a full remodel that included an office, a TV room, a gym, a stunning bathroom with laundry and storage. I cannot recommend the team enough.
Diego and his team were great. They did a fantastic job with our basement. They put in a drain and new flooring. Very punctual- left everything clean. Diego even sent a cleaner the next day to make sure it was not dusty. Couldnt recommend more.
